Sam Holloway

M+A Partners

Sam joined M+A Partners in July 2008 after obtaining a degree in accounting and finance at the University of East Anglia.

Sam has since gone on to qualify as a Chartered Tax Adviser and is now Tax Manager. He is able to give specialist advice in matters concerning corporation tax, income tax, capital gains tax and stamp duty land tax. His current clients include individuals, companies, partnerships and sole traders with a focus on tax planning.

As a landlord himself, Sam has a keen interest in property related businesses whether held personally, in a partnership or in a corporate structure and advises many of his clients with property income.

Sam takes a straight talking approach to the advice he gives, getting to the point, and he likes to stay in contact with his clients regularly. He says: ‘Emails and letters are a great way to stay in contact, but sometimes it is about picking up the phone and speaking to your clients to get an understanding of how they are getting on, what challenges they are facing and how tax is impacting their business’.

Dan is a partner in our business team specialising in property.

Dan provides specialist commercial property advice acting for a wide range of commercial clients (individuals, companies, pensions schemes, charities) and dealing with all types of commercial property, including retail, offices, industrial, leisure and development. He works closely with a number of commercial landlords to assist them with the management of their investment portfolios and to advise them on all legal aspects of their business.

He also has experience dealing with residential properties, both from an owner/occupier and investment perspective.

Dan is listed in the respected Legal 500 client guide, where he is described as “proactive and helpful”.

Jan Hÿtch

Jan is Operations Partner for Arnolds Keys having responsibility for Business Management, Human Resources, IT and Quality Assurance under ISO9001. Jan’s background is in residential property, lettings and investments and she holds an MBA, as well as Fellowships of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS), the National Association of Estate Agents (FNAEA), the Association of Residential Lettings Agents (FARLA), the National Association of Valuers and Auctioneers (FNAVA) and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (Assoc CIPD).

Jan is well known on the national residential property and estate agency scene, and in 2013/14 was President of the National Association of Estate Agents – the country’s leading professional body for the residential estate agency profession. She sits on the Board of the National Federation of Property Professionals, the National Advisory Council of the Guild of Professional Estate Agents, and the National Residential Forum for RICS, as well as the RICS East of England Board.

Jan also represents the property industry on the Ombudsman Services (Property) Liaison Panel, which is the complaints redress scheme for the property profession. Well known for her extensive knowledge and common sense views on the property profession, she regularly contributes in the printed media, and on national TV and radio, presents across the country at industry conferences, and is a facilitator and speaker at events across the country.

Louise Hillman

Keys Holidays

Louise is Manager of Keys Holidays, based in our Sheringham office. She is responsible for a large geographical area, expanding the business by recruiting new properties/owners, assisting holidaymakers in booking their holidays, inspecting properties, liaising with and advising owners, as well as marketing to holidaymakers through traditional and online channels. After studying at the City College Norwich Hotel School, she has fulfilled a number of customer service roles in the hospitality and travel sector in the UK, Italy and the US, and was most recently sales and marketing manager at Lyndford Hall Hotel near Thetford.

Oliver Dack

Mortgage Advice Bureau

Oliver is business principal of Mortgage Advice Bureau and has over 17 years of experience in the financial services industry.

He is responsible for a growing team of advisers but still enjoys seeing clients and giving advice on all aspects of finance from residential, buy-to-let, secured loans and specialist borrowing for developments.

He sees the role of an adviser as a good challenge to get the right outcome for his clients and helpfully he finds it rewarding at the same time.

Investing in property is something that he does personally so when it comes to mortgage advice he practices what he preaches.

Mark Mayhew

Arnolds Keys

Mark is an Associate in the Arnolds Keys Commercial Agency department, covering all sectors of the commercial property market. He has more than two decades experience in the profession working for a range of commercial developers, institutions and agents, most recently at RG Carter, where he spent 12 years working in commercial and agricultural asset management.
